This project is on Grafton Road in the Auckland suburb of Grafton. These six worn out apartment units have been given a breath of fresh air with a partial re-clad to weatherboard faces, waterproofing existing decks, and maintenance to roofs and exterior plaster walls.
As with all re-clads, until the cladding is removed, the extent of the damage is uncertain. However, our supplied initial analysis and detailed cost estimates have kept the restoration and repair under budget. The expertise and experience of our team has informed some educated and creative design solutions for the building.
