These luxurious new builds are nestled on a site that is complicated both is typography and shape.
The placement of each home has been carefully considered, stepping them down the sloped ground, to capture views out towards the water. The floor plans and layouts differ, in order to maximise the potential of each individual home, yet ensure a cohesive, whole site.
Pre-cast concrete panels create striking forms, softened with timber screens and evergreen planting across the site. These homes add value and densify the site, creating homes that are luxurious, uncompromising, and designed to last the test of time.
