This proposal combines a hotel, residential apartments, retail, and hospitality spaces in sleek, contemporary forms, strengthening the urban scale of development that is emerging across the surrounding neighbourhood.
Three volumes are arranged around a central, north facing courtyard, maximising natural light across all three structures.
The central courtyard functions as a public centre, providing an oasis for relaxation outdoors for both the residents and guests of the proposed development, and also the general public.
