Madeleine is an Architectural Designer who started her career as a journalist, working in London’s media world for five years before returning to New Zealand to study architecture. When asked why the seemingly contrary career choices, Madeleine will tell you architecture and journalism are both studies of people; how they live and interact.
Since joining Creative Arch, Madeleine has worked on residential and remedial projects, and is interested in architecture that makes positive, tangible changes on environmental and socio-cultural levels.
Outside of the office, Madeleine spends most of her time with family and friends, or with her nose in a book.
